- Queen bed- in upper master bedroom
- 2-person futon in loft
Main Floor
- King bed - Main floor master
- Queen sleeper sofa - living room
Lower Floor
- Queen bed - lower bedroom
- 2x couches - media/game room (not counted in the 10-guest capacity but, can sleep two additional)
